Faber New Poets
Funded by Arts Council England, Faber New Poets aims to identify and support emerging talents at an early stage in their careers. [Read the press release]
Through a programme of mentorship, bursary and pamphlet publication, the scheme offers four poets a year the time, guidance and encouragement they require to help in the development of their work in the longer term.
The 2010 poets are:
Joe Dunthorne
Annie Katchinska
Sam Riviere
Tom Warner
The poets are on tour in the UK from May 2010. For full listings, please see our Events pages.
The poets will be filming their adventures on the tour, so look out for their Video Tour Diaries soon. Watch videos from the 2009 tour on the Faber blog, The Thought Fox.
