The Hat Shortlisted for the CLPE Poetry Award :
The Hat by Carol Ann Duffy has been shortlisted for the CLPE (Centre for Literacy in Primary Education) Poetry Award presented annually for a book of children’s poetry published in the previous year. The winner will be announced at a ceremony at the South Bank Centre on Tuesday July 1st 2008.
